The Iris at Northpoint
Art Direction, Logo & Brand Design for a new development in Lutz, Florida Demographic: Mostly 30’s–40’s, Upper Middle Class Singles, Couples, Small Families, Empty Nesters and Employed Nearby Design & Strategy:The goal was to design a logo that could set the tone for an upscale, retreat-inspired brand, thoughtfully tailored to the audience. To make the brand more memorable, I used the logo icon as a key visual element, playing with its shape across different design assets. I went with a palette of cool, bright colors to give the brand a fresh, inviting vibe and draw people in.
